ICGTD 2026 Author Submission Guidelines

Authors preparing their submissions for ICGTD 2026 must adhere to the following instructions:

1. Submission System

Manuscripts must be submitted exclusively through EDAS at https://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=35274 .

2. Author Article Limit

A maximum of two (2) accepted articles per author (whether as first author or co-author) can be included in the conference proceedings.

3. Author Attendance & Presentation

At least one (1) author of each accepted article must register and attend the conference to present their work. Unpresented papers (no-show) will be excluded from the final proceedings and collaborating journal publications.

4. Manuscript Structure & Format

Initial Submissions

Manuscripts must be full papers formatted with standard scientific sections:

  • Abstract
  • Introduction
  • Methodology
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References

Formatting & Length

All submissions must use the official E3S Web of Conferences 2-column template. Papers selected for collaborating journals will be instructed to adapt to the specific journal template upon notification.

5. Similarity Index

All papers will be screened using iThenticate. The similarity score must remain strictly below 20%.

6. Use of Generative AI & AI Tools

AI Disclosure

Authors must disclose any use of Generative AI or AI-assisted technologies in the manuscript, specifying the tool, version, and its specific role.

Permitted Usage

Generative AI may only be used under human oversight to improve language, grammar, or readability. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy and originality of the content.

7. Revision Window

Revised manuscripts addressing reviewer feedback must be resubmitted within 7 calendar days (1 week) from the decision notification.
